  | Guest Artists

Ardeo Theatre Project has been fortunate to host a number of talented and generous artists. Please read on for a list of our previous guest artists, and those who are on their way.

Up Next

Nathalie Tarlet, French clown
A graduate of Annie Fratelline’s Circus School, Nathalie has toured extensively with Rara Zoo out of London, Opéra de Lyons from Brazil, and the European tour of Cirque Archaos. She performed the role of Julietter in Cirque du Soliel’s Pomp, Duck, and Circumstance, and was part of the original Teatro ZinZanni company in Seattle and San Francisco. Nathalie
will be leading a weeklong clown intensive for students and company members in October.

Past Presence

Stephanie Roberts, teacher and clown
A creator and director of "ensemble-generated clown adventures," Stephanie has worked with the Seattle Mime Theatre, Cornish College of the Arts and is a member of the Big Apple Circus Clown Care Unit at Seattle Children's Hospital. She visited us in August after attending LaMama's International Symposium for Directors in Umbria, Italy. Company and community members participated in a 6-hour clown workshop.

Jeff Hogan, Former Education Director, TheatreSports, Seattle
An international improvisation artist, Jeff specializes in exploring the psychological dynamics within structured improvisation. His workshop on original methods of long-form improvisation gave us new tools for developing and refining our works-in-progress.

Matt can be reached at starkrave1@aol.com.
Martin Hayes, Irish Fiddler
Martin Hayes is considered the most innovative and influential fiddler in the world of traditional Irish music, and one of the most important musicians to come out of Ireland in the last 50 years. While visiting, Martin donated a glorious acoustic concert in the church next door that was attended by the Ardeo community and neighbors from the surrounding areas.
