Assistant to the Operations Officer

We are looking for a well organized person who can serve as a support and an Assistant to the Operations Officer. Under the direct supervision of the Operations Officer, the assistant will provide support for any department within the operations division (i.e. Human Resources, IT, Well-Being, Training, Short Term Teams)


Job Responsibilities

  • Work in conjunction with all other departments to ensure that our administrative staff have the support the require to be effective in ministry and their job roles

  • Reconcile and submit monthly expense records for the Operations Officer

  • Lend administrative support as needed with all ministry tasks

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

  • Data entry within specific software/databases

  • Help fulfill tasks assigned by the Operations Officer

  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data

  • Ability to successful work as an individual, as well as part of a team

  • Effective organizational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Google Suite, etc.
